I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the OCSWSSW. I hold a Masters of Social Work.

I specialize in providing supportive counseling to those who may be struggling with a range of life difficulties. I have a passion for working alongside clients to identify their strengths and make positive life changes. I create a relaxed and non-judgmental atmosphere and work in collaboration with my clients to support them in achieving their goals and improve their quality of life. I value holistic healing and looking at the person as a whole.

I have specialized training in working with individuals with ADHD, dealing with grief, working through the impact of trauma and supporting families in the perinatal period.

I have additional professional development in CBT/DBT, Emotion Focused therapy (with couples and families), Nature based intervention, Sandtray, Somatic Experience and Brain Spotting.

Currently I am working on becoming certified in EMDR and deepening my knowledge of play-based interventions.
