AcuDetox is a gentle, non-invasive auricular (ear) acupuncture protocol designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Using five small, sterile needles placed in specific points on each ear, the treatment helps to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, ease withdrawal symptoms, improve sleep, and promote emotional clarity. Originally developed for addiction recovery, AcuDetox is now widely used for stress management, trauma support, and mental health care. Sessions are typically quiet and calming, allowing the body and mind to reset naturally.
