DBT Groups
We have specially curated an 8 Week program targeted towards improving mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Through comfortable means of reflection and group discussion, we implement skills development as a group and often work collectively when trying to practice and implement those skills.
Through group activities and various mindfulness exercises, we foster a safe space to learn for those we work with.
