Welcome – I'm Jenn, and I'm Glad You're Here

Hello and welcome. I’m Jenn, an Integrated Attachment Trauma Therapist dedicated to helping individuals move through pain, reconnect with themselves, and build a life rooted in inner safety and authenticity. Reaching out for support is a courageous act, and I’m honored to walk beside you on this journey.

What You Can Expect in Our Work Together

In our sessions, you are the expert of your experience. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate, and grounded space where healing can unfold. I view therapy as a collaborative process—together, we’ll gently explore your internal world, guided by your body’s wisdom and your system’s natural drive toward healing.

As an integrated therapist, I draw primarily from:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS / Parts Work)

  • Polyvagal-Informed and Attachment-Focused Interventions

We may also use:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for psychoeducation

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Clinical Hypnosis / Non-Sleep Deep Rest for stabilization and resourcing

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Tools to help reconnect to the present moment

What this often looks like in practice is spending time with eyes gently closed, attuning to your inner world, listening deeply to parts of yourself that have been pushed aside, exiled, or overburdened. Healing begins when we create a safe internal environment to allow these parts to be seen, heard, and understood—with compassion, not judgment.

What Does It Mean to Be an Integrated Attachment Trauma Therapist?

This means I work from the understanding that trauma—especially complex or developmental trauma—often shows up in the body, in our relationships, and in how we relate to ourselves. My approach weaves together somatic, attachment-based, and parts-informed methods to support you in:

  • Making sense of your emotional responses and survival strategies

  • Reclaiming a sense of safety in your body

  • Repairing relational patterns shaped by early attachment wounds

  • Accessing your own internal healing intelligence

This is not surface-level work. It’s deep, meaningful, and tailored to your unique nervous system and life story.

To My Clients – A Personal Message

If you’re reading this and feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin—you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling lost in their own lives, disconnected from themselves, or burdened by experiences they haven’t had space to fully process.

Know this: you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that need healing—not by pushing through, but by gently listening in.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, relational pain, or feeling dysregulated in your body and emotions, you are welcome here. I will meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
